Your financial statement and activity report for the past year,

The association rates of your veterinarian.

The estimate must include the prices including VAT for male and female sterilizations + identification,

The agreement of your municipality where it undertakes not to capture cats once sterilized.

In 2021, the foundation is releasing 1.3 million euros for, among other things, 5 refuges in the Pyrénées Orientales:

The Catalan association for animal protection, Perpignan

The SPA, Perpignan

The Association for the Rescue of Abandoned and Lost Animals, Ile-sur-Tet

Canet animal shelter
-
Friendly Cat, Vernet-les-bains
III. THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE
AND FOOD SOVEREIGNTY
Three types of project financing:
-
The financing of works and/or equipment for the benefit of associations owning or wishing to create a shelter for cats.

The financing of equipment for associations without refuge allowing compliance with the new provisions provided for by the bill.
-
The financing of cat sterilization campaigns (equipment on the one hand and veterinary costs on the other) for the benefit of the associations leading these campaigns.
